FIND YOUR TRAINING PLAN

Start with your age, your position and your goals. Build a routine around purposeful skill work, strength and challenging game situations. Your team practices and games count toward the plan.

HOW YOUR WEEK WORKS

HIT WITH PURPOSE. For hitters, hitting should be a regular habit—almost every day—with an age-appropriate focus and amount of work.

COORDINATE YOUR THROWING. Plan throwing two to three times a week across team work, games and Cutternation. Your coach adjusts the work to your role, readiness and current schedule. These are not automatically extra bullpen days.

BUILD STRENGTH. Plan strength work two to three times a week. Power Velo is our strength-training option for eligible athletes; combine it with your position work.

PLAY THE SITUATION. Youth Advanced or Advanced BP provides age-appropriate game training. High School Hitting Night develops situational awareness. Friday defense focuses on fundamentals.

TEST THE WORK. Sunday Live At Bats gives ready players ages 13 and up the opportunity to face live pitching and hitters. Confirm eligibility, your role and current openings before booking.

FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

YOUTH / LITTLE LEAGUE

Build the skills and confidence to enjoy the next game. Start with the player's age, experience and team schedule. Combine purposeful hitting with appropriate throwing, catching or defense work. Youth Advanced adds challenging game situations when the player is eligible. Ask your coach which strength work fits; younger players should not be booked into older-age classes.

Next step: book a suitable first session and discuss the next few sessions with your coach. Players under 13 should not be routed into Sunday Live At Bats.

HIGH SCHOOL

Train for the player you want to be next season. Build a routine around position skills, frequent purposeful hitting for hitters, coordinated throwing and strength work. Use eligible Advanced BP and High School Hitting Night to practice decisions under game pressure. Add Friday fundamentals or Sunday Live At Bats when they fit your readiness and team workload.

Next step: start with your position and main development goal. Explore our High School Training page for the freshman-to-senior and seasonal roadmap.

GAP YEAR

Give the time between chapters a purpose. Discuss your position, available dates and next-step goals, then build a consistent routine connecting skill work, strength and competitive testing. Choose the appropriate training group with your coach; being a graduate does not automatically qualify you for every high-school class.

Next step: contact us to discuss your dates and training needs. Confirm the schedule, price and included services before committing. Training does not include a promise of college placement.

COLLEGE OFF-SEASON

Make your time home count. Bring your arrival and return dates, your college program's instructions and the skills you want to work on. Coordinate your hitting, throwing and strength work with that existing plan. Discuss appropriate competitive sessions so the work connects to the game.

Coming home for winter break? Contact us with your dates, position and main goal. Plan available sessions before you arrive. The same process applies to summer training around your team or league commitments.

PRO OFF-SEASON

Bring a purpose to your off-season. Start with your organization plan, report date and development priorities. Explore real player sessions and discuss the coaching, feedback and competitive work that fit your role. Our dedicated Pro Off-Season Training page shows the work in more detail.

Next step: discuss your dates and goals with Cutternation before committing to an off-season routine.

CATCHERS: TWO ROLES, ONE PLAN

Build your game behind the plate and at it. Connect receiving, blocking, footwork and transfers with purposeful hitting. Discuss pairing suitable catching and hitting sessions during the same visit when the calendar allows, with one clear focus for each.

Your catching throws and team games count toward total throwing demands. Coordinate the session order and workload with your coach. Reserve each required class; a combined visit is not a separate discounted bundle or a guaranteed back-to-back booking.

Game work: use age-appropriate Youth Advanced, Advanced BP or High School Hitting Night. For ready players 13+, ask about the appropriate catcher role in Sunday Live At Bats before booking.

CHALLENGE IS PART OF THE PLAN

An easy pitch can help you work on a movement. The game asks more: recognize the pitch, make a decision and execute against someone trying to beat you. Hitters face pitching. Pitchers face hitters. Use what happens to identify the next adjustment, then bring that purpose back into training.

CHOOSE HOW YOU TRAIN

First session: choose the appropriate skill and age requirements in the calendar, complete the waiver and book using the athlete's name.

Packages: 4- and 8-packs provide flexibility across eligible classes. Confirm the eligibility of your chosen sessions.

Membership: the 30-day option allows up to two eligible sessions per day; two hitting sessions cannot be booked on the same day. Build a coach-guided routine rather than filling every available slot.

Private coaching: one-on-one hitting and pitching are booked separately. Use the calendar to see current options and prices.

READY FOR YOUR NEXT STEP?

Book a first session, compare packages or contact us about a gap-year, college or professional off-season plan. Tell us the player's age, position, main goal and relevant dates.
