OUR
APPROACH
Catchers at Cutternation train the skills needed to work confidently behind the plate: receiving, blocking, throwing mechanics, footwork, transfers, pop-time development, mobility and game awareness. Sessions are coached according to the athlete's age, experience and current needs, with a focus on purposeful repetitions and clear adjustments.
Cutternation provides baseball coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Athletes with pain, an injury or a medical concern should consult a qualified healthcare professional before training.

FIRST TIME ASSESSMENT
A first-time catching assessment gives the coach a structured look at receiving, blocking, footwork, transfers and throwing mechanics. The athlete and family leave with clear coaching priorities and the next appropriate training step. First-time athletes must complete the waiver before training.
ALL PLAYERS MUST FILL OUT A WAIVER PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THEIR FIRST VISIT
CATCHING
TRAINING
Ongoing catching sessions build receiving consistency, blocking technique, efficient transfers, throwing footwork and game-management habits. Training may include position drills, strength and movement work, and live baseball situations when they are available and appropriate for the athlete.
